A wonderful family gathering
We have worked with Shirley for over five years on countless trips without ever experiencing a mishap or disappointment in her performance or recommendations. She is responsive, caring, and knowledgeable. In her dealings with us, we believe our best interests have always been paramount. Her demeanor is professional and friendly at the same time even when handling difficult situations and experiences. Our most recent tip involved a cruise for 14 adult family members coming from all over the country. Shirley planned it to perfection, to include travel to and from, the arrival the evening before cruise departure, and the accommodations aboard the ship. it was a challenge for her, I am sure, but as always, she did not let us down in any form or manner.
